Three-remote Supervision Automatic Control Panel Series

1、Manual Control Panel (machine set standard configuration)

      Provide set's basic start/stop function, and has following basic configuration and function:

              ·Start/stop controller

              ·Three-phase AC ammeter

              ·Voltmeter and selective switch

              ·Frequency meter/ water thermometer/ oil pressure meter/ time meter/battery voltmeter

              ·Emergency stop button

              ·Alarm functions: Over speed, high water temperature, low oil pressure, fault of charge

              ·Protective functions: They are low oil pressure; high water temperature; over speed; emergency stop and other pre-setting protection.

2、Non-electric Supply (Under-voltage) Self-start Control Panel

      Besides the standard manual control functions and configuration this control panel also has:

              ·Auto/stop/manual functions selection.

              ·Start delay (3-5 s, adjustable).

              ·Stop delay (0-270 s, adjustable).

              ·three times self-start function.

              ·Electric supply charger.

              ·Alarm indication increase: Low/over speed, output voltage failure, start fault, pre-alarm of high water temperature, emergency stop.

              ·Protective function increase: Low/over speed, start failure, output voltage failure (over voltage, under voltage, phase shortage).

3、Full Automatic Remote Supervision Control Penal.

              ·Liquid crystal display penal displays the running procedure, state, failure and parameters of the generator set

              ·Has RS232 or 485 interfaces and remote communication, remote testing and remote supervision functions

              ·Machine set protection, under the following situations it can stop and alarm automatically: Start fault, over speed, under speed, high water temperature, low oil pressure, speed sensor has not signal, failure of charge, etc.

4、Automatic Loading Switching Penal (ATS).

              ·Four-pole mechanic, electric and compression air interlocking switching switch

              ·Electric supply, generating and loaded state indicating lamp.

              ·Auto/manual selective dog

              ·The penal body shall be treated through scouring, phosphorization and spraying plastics

              ·Has sufficient headspace for convenient installation of output and input cable.

              ·Auto-switching time is shorter than 7 s (adjustable).

5、None Is on Duty, Independent Full Automatic Control Penal

              ·According to the user's need, we may provide the independent and combinative control penal with both self-start control function and automatic loading switching function. The operation of this control penal is very convenient, and is very applicable to the concentrative control of electrical equipment.

6、Parallel Operation Control Penal

              ·Manual/half automatic/full automatic two or multi-machine parallel operation function.

              ·Multi-machine parallel connection electric network, the power supply is more reliable.

              ·Concentrating dispatch, evenly distributing load, more convenient maintenance and repair

              ·More economical. The generator sets can be put into use according to the actual load, so we can save oil.

              ·The future extending is more elastic. The facilities can be increased timely according to the need of development to meet the need of load increasing.

7、Heater

              ·The diesel engine water temperature pre-heating system may provide the start under cold and low temperature conditions.

              ·The wet-proof system of generator may expel the condensate and avoid frosting.

8、Electric Supply Battery Charger.

              ·Provide charge when the generator is in idle.

9、Daily Fuel Box

              ·The fuel in fuel box on the chassis can supply for 8 hours, the bigger fuel box can be equipped at the outside of the generator set.

10、Strong Silencer.

              ·In order to meet the requirements eliminating noise in environment protection, the strong silencer can be equipped. The effect of this two-circle erasure is better.

11、Static Sound Shell.

              ·This static sound shell can comply with the requirements of environment protection in cities, and reduce the noise level to about 75 dB (A).

12、Mobile Shell

              ·It is very convenient for the mobile power station in the field construction.

13、Spare Components and parts
